CHECK BACK FOR UPDATESFOOTBALLDivision 1Neenah 21, Chippewa Falls 0NEENAH - The Rockets led 21-0 at halftime and rode a stifling defense to the second-round victory over the Cardinals.Neenah improves to 9-2 overall and advances to the third round of the playoffs for the first time since 2004.The Rockets ended that season with a 14-13 loss to Marshfield in three overtimes in the state semifinals.The Rockets will play at Kimberly (9-1) next Friday.The Papermakers beat Stevens Point 35-18 on Friday.Kimberly beat Neenah 21-0 in a Fox Valley Association game Sept.29.Grant Dean took a shovel pass from Ashton Van Beek and raced 41 yards for a touchdown to give Neenah a 7-0 lead against Chippewa Falls.
