By Robb M.Stewart Teck Resources Chief Executive Jonathan Price will add the role of president with the retirement of Harry "Red" Conger.The Canadian mining company said Conger will step down as president and chief operating officer and as a director effective Wednesday.A search will be conducted to fill the chief operating office position.Conger joined Teck in September 2020 and during his time with the company made a number of important contributions, including the completion and transition to operations for the Quebrada Blanca Phase 2 project in Chile, a cornerstone of the company's efforts to become a major copper producer.Write to Robb M.
